Dead Rising coming to the Wii

Swing arms. Kill zombies. The end.

It seems that Capcom's thoroughly enjoyable Xbox 360 title Dead Rising is making it's way onto the Wii.

According to the latest issue of Japanese gaming bible Famitsu the game is due on Nintendo's console this winter. Scans from the magazine by Wii@Everyday that were translated by GameSpot appear to show a game very much like it's 360 parent with obvious the addition of motion sensitive combat.

Since the news broke Capcom senior director of communications and community Chris Kramer has confirmed to GameSpot that Dead Rising will indeed be released on the Wii in Japan but that the games release in other territories has yet to be determined.
