Trophies on the PSP?

If only some games actually supported them on either system...

Good news for PSP owners, the PS3's new trophy system could soon be heading your way too if Emerson Escobar is to be believed.

The Buzz! Master Quiz producer was talking about rewards in the new PSP game when he revealed perhaps a little more than he was meaning to.

"The cool thing is it isn't just getting the gold medal," said Escobar. "We've also implemented a trophy system. Let's say you answer a question within one second, you get a lightning finger trophy.”

"If you answer a question within half a second, you get a supersonic trophy," he added.

However when asked if that was trophies in the PS3 sense of the word he backtracked a little simply saying "check back with us later".
