Just in case you worry about these things Microsoft are keen to reassure gamers that their existing Xbox 360 dashboard theme will still work when the whole thing gets its much needed makeover later in the year. The dull/classy (delete as appropriate) background seen during the Microsoft media briefing on Monday can be changed in much the way you'd expect using the content of your existing theme with no doubt many more on their way designed specifically for the new dash. 

360 owners can expect to find the new changes winging their way onto consoles some time in the Autumn.

    The new dashboard SUCKS! It's not even a dashboard anymore it's a freakin' Micro$ucks storefront. I'll sell my 360 and get a PS3 before I let them put that garbage on my machine.

    Why would they fix something that isnt broken. I hate the new so called not stolen from wii avatars!! What the hell if i wanted a wii i would have bought a wii!! I just hope they give u a choice if not im gonna sell my xbox!!!
