Ubisoft reveal 'I Am Alive'

Edgy survival-adventure, in spring 2009

With E3 in full swing Ubisoft have used their press conference to reveal some fresh new IP with the title "I Am Alive".

Set in a ruined Chicago, the source of the devastation is unknown, with the aim for the player to find out what went wrong. As it par for the course nowadays we're promised a huge scale of environment to play in, and we'll "be challenged to think, react and take risks that will directly affect themselves and those around them".

"Ubisoft continues to create new experiences for players and I Am Alive will appeal to anyone that enjoys a thrilling journey," spouted Yves Guillemot, chief executive officer, at Ubisoft. "The game will offer a rich palette of emotions while challenging players to make life-changing decisions."

Expect it to hit the shelves on PS3 and Xbox 360 in spring 2009. All sounds a bit "I Am Legend" to me.
