Sony announce MAG from Zipper

Epic online action title

Andy Beaudoin of Zipper Interactive has revealed a new PS3 MMO title called MAG that Sony says will even push the power of the net-gen console.

MAG will support 256 players, mult-front assualts, and vast battles in huge environments. The game is squad-based, and is based entirely on real players. The game will be set in real-world locations.

Vehicles, troops, tactics and more will combine in an online combat title the likes of which we may not have seen before, if MAG can live up to the ambitions hinted in the E3 briefing.

Eight person squads, duking it out in a single world is the order of the day. MAG, by the way, stands for Massive Action Game. More soon.

  5. Your-Mom, it Could be that game because if they pull everything off, players, gameplay, visual then it would be something awesome but to be honest with you I hope its not that game because I was hoping that really secret PS3 game is not just another war game.

    Anyhow MAG sounds insane though and is on my target!
