The veteran designer talks about his new 360 exclusive
Out this festive season
The developer of Elite Beat Agents are working on a brand new karaoke title for the Xbox 360 - called 'Lips'.
The new music title will let you integrate your own tracks for singing in-game. New microphones will also feature bling lights that will flash-along to your tracks.
UK pop singstress Duffy took to the stage to demo the new title; which will let you copy music from players like the iPod, or, err, the Zune.
Duffy scored 793,000. Which looked great. She also thanked Microsoft bosses for "the amazing pleasure"... which is nice?
Shane Kim also dropped another wee bombshell, announcing that Harmonix's Rock Band 2 will be Xbox 360 exclusive this September.
84 songs will feature, the dev's largest. Big tracks include, a new Guns N' Roses tune from the band's new album, Bob Dylan and AC-DC music; the latter exclusive to the Rock Band series.
Rock Band 1 tracks are forward compatible with the new title, Harmonix and MTV also reveal that by Christmas there will be more than 500 tracks available for the game.
