MySims making a comeback

Fantastical

MySims is coming back (lock-up your non-hardcore gamers?), and will be released on the Wii and DS come the autumn, according to EA.

Called MySims Kingdom, the new game will be set in a fairytale-esque fantasy world of castles, kings and err.. wizards? You'll be tasked with making the kingdom a happy place to be.

Colourful characters abound, we're told, while your initial make-overs will take place in the capital city, we're eventually promised vast lands to explore and re-build.

The DS version will differ from the Wii version via the inclusion of some themed mini-games.

For those of you yet to dabble in the original MySims, the game offers a mix of Populous-like 'telling people what to do', as well as SimCity-like city-building.

More when the leaves turn brown.
