Valve patch Team Fortress 2

360 version receives some love.

After a success and extremely well received release of the Orange box, Valve are about to patch Team Fortress 2 on 360. Valve recently stated that they are aware that players attempting 8-on-8 or 6-on-6 matches have had quite laggy experiences.

It’s great to see Valve, like Bungie last week, reacting quickly to player comments. Both companies have again proved themselves excellent at delivering timely updates to their games that hit the issues that the fans really want addressed.

The only remaining issue for Valve is to get the update through Microsoft's certification process. Once this happens it will quickly make its way to Xbox live for a nice little update. 1UP recently commented that you can probably expect the lag situation to be improved by this weekend or early next week.
